Analysis of Questionnaire for College Magazine.

We carried out a college magazine questionnaire and found that the 95% the sample questioned do not read a college magazine. The sample stated that they would also like to see: news and events, sport, fashion, gaming and job information. If a college magazine were to include these articles about these it may appeal to the 95% who didn’t read a college magazine.
The third question was based around the price of a college magazine and 70% of the sample said they would pay up to 50p; the other 30% would be willing to pay more. Also according to the results gathered from the questionnaire, college students would be encouraged to purchase the college magazine if it were bright and colourful eg, attention catching and it if had free stuff with it. But one student answered they would buy it if was free, so an idea could be to make the first magazine free and if it proves popular the next issues will cost 50p.
Most students also wanted to see articles about subject information like revision tips and good subject websites to help with exams and essays. And from the questionnaire I can conclude that students are not willing to subscribe to a college magazine. Information gathered from the questionnaire shows most students would likely to pay for a monthly magazine and 85% would like to see a ‘what’s on’ guide.
