Looking back at your preliminary task (the college magazine task), what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the full product?

From doing this magazine, I feel I have learnt a lot about the technologies used to develop a media product. I think I developed my skills and learnt most in Abode Photoshop CS4 which I had no previous experience with, so using this to complete the preliminary task and the media product I feel I have learnt a lot about Abode Photoshop CS4 and how to use it to make a near professional magazine. One thing which I learnt to do on Photoshop CS4 since completing the preliminary task was to add layers and duplicate layers, I found this especially useful when adding the photos to cover, content pages and double-page spread.

Overall I feel that my understanding of the technologies used to be able to develop and complete a media product have greatly improved, this may have been because I had no previous experience using these technologies and soft-wares.
