What kind of media institutions might distribute your media product and why?
I think that IPC media would be the best institution to publish and distribute my magazine becaue they already publish magazines such as a 'Uncut' and 'NME' and these magazines have fairly similar target audiences, as they all focus on younger audiences. But these magazines are more heavily focused on 'mainstream' music whereas my magazine 'UnderGround' focus' on lesser known, indie bands and I think there is a gap in the market for a magazine like 'UnderGround'. IPC media for me was the best choice to publish and distribute the magazine because they have made NME and Uncut into very successful magazines and they are most likely very experienced in making music magazines successful as they know the market well.
